Spicy Shrimp
Cut the shallot or onion into short slivers. Stir all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crostini or slices of a fresh rustic bread.

| 1 lg | shallot (or half a medium red onion) |
| 1 clove | garlic, crushed |
| 1 tsp | chili flakes |
| 2 tbs | olive oil |
| 1 tbs | lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
| 2 tbs | parsley, minced |
| 1 tbs | tarragon, minced |
