Spicy Shrimp

1 c tiny bay shrimp, ready-to-eat
1 lg shallot (or half a medium red onion)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 tbs parsley, minced
1 tbs tarragon, minced

Spicy Shrimp

Cut the shallot or onion into short slivers. Stir all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crostini or slices of a fresh rustic bread.
